Referral disclosure

How the site is paid

This is a referral line. When a caller is connected to a restoration contractor and the call meets the call network's conditions, the network may pay the site. Callers are never billed by the site.

What that changes for you

The site does not employ, inspect, rank or endorse contractors. Which one answers depends on the call network, your location and who is taking calls. How the site is paid does not limit your right to ask questions, compare quotes or say no.

Independent contractors

Each contractor runs its own business, holds its own licenses and sets its own terms. The contractor's name and Maryland license number, not this site's name, belong on any contract you sign.
