Before you call
How this referral line works
This site is a referral line. It connects you by phone with an independent restoration contractor. It does not send anyone out itself.
Give your ZIP code and say what happened. Calling soon after you find the water helps.
The call
Dial the number
Your call goes to a call-routing service. A short recorded message may play, and the call may be recorded.
Get connected
You are put through to an independent restoration contractor taking calls for your area. You may be asked for your ZIP code first.
Describe the problem
Say where the water is, how it got there and when. A real conversation takes a few minutes, and a very short call often cannot reach the point of helping.
Ask your questions
Get the contractor's name, its Maryland license number, what a visit includes and how it prices the work. You do not have to book on the call.
What this site is, and is not

The site name is only a name. The site has no crews, trucks or license of its own, and it does not claim a response time. Prices, schedules, methods and warranties belong to the contractor on the line, and any agreement is between you and that contractor.
The site may be paid when a call connects, which the referral disclosure explains. Checking the contractor is your job, and the hiring guide shows how in Maryland.
What this number covers
Water damage in homes: burst or frozen pipes, appliance leaks, storm and roof leaks, flooded basements and sewage backup. It also takes calls about fire and smoke damage, and about mold that follows water damage.
It is meant for someone with damage now. It is not for sales calls, job inquiries or research, and it is for houses, not businesses.
What it does not cover
A water main break in the street is the utility's to fix, so call WSSC Water or Anne Arundel County. A plumber repairs the pipe. A roofer repairs the roof. A restoration contractor handles the water and the damage it left.
